PRICING

• All prices on the website include VAT.

• Customs duties or import taxes are paid by Designby Si ApS.

DELIVERY

• Non-domestic orders are shipped with UPS

• Shipping costs:

  • Sweden: 56 SEK

  • Norway: 95 NOK

  • Rest of Europe: 7 EUR

  • Rest of world 15 USD
    
    

• Delivery time: 2–7 working days. Actual delivery may vary depending on the shipping address, seasonal demand, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

• You will receive an order confirmation by email shortly after placing your order.

PAYMENTS

• You can pay by credit card. In Sweden, Klarna is also available.

• Payment is only charged when the physical item is shipped or the digital product is created, unless otherwise agreed.

• For card payments, the amount may be reserved on your account until the order is processed and shipped.

RIGHT OF RETURNS

• You have 14 days from receipt of the item to withdraw from the purchase and receive a full refund.
  

• Items must be returned in the same condition as delivered. Please check our return policy for more information.
  

WARRANTY / COMPLAINTS

• Products are covered by a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

• Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time, maximum 1 month after discovering the defect.

• Warranty does not cover products handled improperly or unusually.

RETURNS

• Returns can be made in our returnportal which you can find here

• DesignbySi ApS covers reasonable return shipping costs for defective items.
