No, we canβt cancel or make changes to an order once it has been completed.
You will receive an email when the amount has been refunded. If we have not received your package - we have also not refunded the money - so check your tracking number before contacting us.Β

We have no control over when a package is sent back from the different pickup locations.

If you do not collect your order from the pickup point, a return fee of 50 DKK will always be applied when processing your returned package. You will receive an email once this has been completed.
Unfortunately, we are unable to resend the package after this process. If you would like to receive the same products again, please place a new order.

You must send us an email with your order number, pictures of the fault and describe what the fault is. Then we look at it and send a free return label if the fault is ours. Remember you have 7 days to advertise us.

Yes you may. However, you need to wear a pair of panties inside when you try on the panties. If we receive a dirty bikini return, we can not exchange / take it back. The bikini will be sent back to you and you will pay for the shipping.
