Italy
Most of our clothing is produced in Italy, which we visit several times a year. Here, we select, adapt, and develop our collections together with the fantastic team behind the sewing workshop. The factory we primarily work with is a family-owned business, just like us, and has existed since 1996. The workshop at the factory consists of qualified professionals who have been making clothes for over 25 years.
Italy is known for quality craftsmanship, respect for working conditions, first-class research, and extensive knowledge of materials and technology. In addition, all our factories are carefully selected and comply with European laws and policies regarding labor practices.
Meet Fabio – our skilled Italian agent! He is our point of contact with the sewing workshops and factories and handles the daily communication. Fabio keeps the overview and works closely with us every day to ensure everything runs as it should.
Meet Joanna and Lavinia – our fantastic design communication experts! With their extensive knowledge of materials, factories, and machines, they ensure everything runs smoothly. They visit factories and sewing workshops daily to stay updated on production and make sure quality is always top-notch.
The heart of our production
You’ll find us in our office in Copenhagen most days, but several times a year, the three of us young women travel to Italy to develop our new collections. There, we work closely with local sewing rooms and factories. We review samples, make adjustments, and ensure that the garments meet our standards.
Italy is not just our production site – it’s also where we draw inspiration for new designs and improvements.

We are proud that the vast majority of our range is produced in Italy. In addition, approximately 20% is produced in China. Just as with our production in Italy, we visit our Chinese suppliers several times a year and work exclusively with carefully selected factories. We also have our local agent, Judy, who works closely with us and visits and follows up on the factories and production on a weekly basis.
A smaller share of approximately 2% is produced in Denmark, Turkey, India, and France.
