Delivery Times
We ship your order within 24 hours of purchase. 
Typical delivery times are:

  • EU + Norway and UK: 2–7 working days
  • Rest of the world: 5–10 working days, depending on your destination

Please note: Delivery times are estimated. Occasionally, deliveries may take longer during busy periods such as Black Friday, bank holidays, or due to unforeseen delays with the carrier.

Returns
Changed your mind? No problem! You can return your order within 14 days of receiving it. Just make sure the items are in the same condition you received them and in the original packaging.

Good to know: You don’t need to pay for the return upfront. Any return fee will automatically be deducted from your refund. 

Refunds
You can also choose to receive your refund as gift card, we’ll even add a 10% bonus on top of the refunded amount! This choice will appear during the return portal flow, where you can select 'gift card' as your preferred refund method.

Please note: Non-EU residents can return packages in the portal, but it is not possible to make an exchange.

If you prefer, you can also arrange your own return. Simply purchase a return label at a post office or parcel shop and send the package directly to our address with the included return note, which can be downloaded here.

Important: You are responsible for making sure your return reaches us, so always keep your receipt as proof of return.

Exchanges
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? You can exchange it for another item for free. If there’s a price difference between the items, it will be automatically charged or credited via the portal.

Complaint
All complaints must be submitted by email, please do not send defective items without coordinating with our customer service.

If you have received a defective item, please reach out to our customer service. This must be done no later than 7 days after you received your item. We meed your order number, a description of the issue and photo of the defect.
