When does the Black Friday Sale start?
We’re kicking off this year’s Black Friday celebration on Thursday, November 20, when all sign-ups will receive their €7 gift card via email — and be the first to know when the Early Access Sale goes live the next morning.
The official Early Access opens on Friday, November 21 at 10:00 AM CET, giving you the chance to shop all Black Friday offers before everyone else.
Then, Black Week officially kicks off at midnight (10:00 AM CET) on Monday, November 24 — marking the launch of our first exclusive bundle, and a free bracelet for the first 500 orders.

Shopping for Christmas gifts during the Black Friday Sale
We’ve made holiday shopping easier — all Christmas gifts purchased after November 1, 2025 can be returned until January 8, 2026.
How will I know if I’ll receive the free bracelet with my order?
The free bracelet will automatically be added to your order if you’re among the first 500 customers once Black Week goes live at midnight (10:00 AM CET) on Monday, November 24.
You’ll see the bracelet appear in your cart and order confirmation — that’s how you’ll know you’ve secured one.
Please note that the bracelet is not reserved until your payment is completed, and it will disappear from your cart once the 500 pieces are sold out.
Can I return or exchange a bundle?
Yes — our bundles can be returned or exchanged, but only as a complete set.
Individual items from a bundle cannot be returned separately, but you’re welcome to exchange for a different size if needed.
To qualify for a return or exchange, all products must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
How do I receive and use my €7 gift card?
Everyone who signs up for our newsletter or Early Access list will receive their €7 gift card via email on Thursday, November 20 — directly in their inbox on the day the Early Access event begins.
The gift card can be used from Thursday, November 20 until Sunday, November 23, during both the Early Access Sale and the weekend leading up to Black Week.
Simply enter your unique code at checkout to apply the discount.
Please note that the gift card is personal and can only be used once. It cannot be combined with other discount codes or used to purchase gift cards.
