What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, we refer to our size guides or fitting feature

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

I did not get my money for the clothes I sent back?

We return to the account and the card used on the order. You will receive an email when the amount is refunded. If we have not received your package - we have also not returned the money - so check your tracking number before contacting us. 

I do not have my order number what do I do then?

We can also use the mobile number or the email used on the order. 

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Do I have to pay the return shipping myself? There is no return label in the package?

Yes, we do not have free returns. So you have to buy a return label yourself. If you need to exchange an item, we will pay the freight for the exchanged item when it is to be sent back to you.

Should I send a return with a return label from your website?

No, you can send returns with who and how you want. However, you must send to our address:

We also recommend that you send with tracking number as you are responsible for the package until it is received with us. If you send to a parcel shop by mistake, it will not be picked up and you are responsible for sending it back to us again afterwards.

I can not find my return note?

How long do I have a right of return?

We have a 14 days return policy.

Can I get my money back?

Yes you can. Just return within 14 days of picking up your package. The clothes must be in the same condition as when you received the clothes, unused and marked.

Should I send the clothes back in the same bag I received it in?

No, you do not have to, as long as it is securely packed to be sent back to us.

Do I have to send several orders back together in the same bag and with only 1 return label?

Yes you may. Just write on the return slip, the order number you send back and what to do with them.

Can I get the money back to another card / account?

No, we can only return to the card used on the order.


There is a fault in a set I bought. Do I have to send both parts of the set back?

Yes, you should. Then we will exchange the whole set and send a new to you.

I have received an item with faults on what should I do?

You must send us an email with your order number, pictures of the fault and describe what the fault is. Then we look at it and send a free return label if the fault is ours. Remember you have 7 days to advertise us.

I got a wrong item, what should I do?

You must send us an email with your order number, pictures of the item delivered incorrectly. Then we look at it and send a free return label if the fault is ours.


May I try the bikini I bought?

Yes you may. However, you need to wear a pair of panties inside when you try on the panties. If we receive a dirty bikini return, we can not exchange / take it back. The bikini will be sent back to you and you will pay for the shipping.

Do you have a shop where I can come and try and see the clothes?

No, we are exclusively a webshop. 

I do not receive a reply to my sms?

Unfortunately, we do not reply to text messages. Send an email or call us.

You do not answer your phone?

We have phone time Monday to Friday between 10 am to 13 pm. If it is busy during that time, try again later.

I do not receive a reply to my email?

Send your email directly to, as we do not receive the emails where you have responded by your order confirmation.

Do I have to pay duty to Norway?

No we pay the duty.
