Ordering

What size should I buy?

If you’re not quite sure which size is right for you, we refer to our size guides or fitting feature

Can I cancel/change my order?

No, we can’t cancel or make changes to an order once it has been completed.

I did not get my money for the clothes I sent back?

You will receive an email when the amount has been refunded. If we have not received your package - we have also not refunded the money - so check your tracking number before contacting us. 

I do not have my order number what do I do then?

We can also use the name, mobile number or the email used on the order. 

Where can I see my order number?

You can see your order number under “Order info” on the right side of the order confirmation that was sent to the email you used when placing the order. The order number starts with 44 and consists of 8 digits.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

When can I expect my package?

Normally 2–7 business days.
We always strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible within 1–2 business days. Please note that we do not pack or ship orders on weekends or public holidays, so it can have an effect. Delivery times may also vary depending on your location.

Australia | New Zealand | South America:
In addition to the above, even minor logistical issues with the shipping carrier can delay delivery beyond 7 days. Unfortunately, we have no control over speeding up the delivery once the package is in transit.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns. Read more about policy here

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How do I make a return or an exchange?

Do I have to pay the return shipping myself? There is no return label in the package?

Any return fee will automatically be deducted from your refund.

How long do I have a right of return?

Our return policy is 14 days, so when you have received it, you have 14 days to make the return

Can I get my money back?

Yes you can. Just return within 14 days of picking up your package. The clothes must be in the same condition as when you received the clothes, unused and marked. Jump to the returnportal here.

Should I send the clothes back in the same bag I received it in?

No, you do not have to, as long as it is securely packed to be sent back to us.

Do I have to send several orders back together in the same bag and with only 1 return label?

Yes you may. Just write on the return slip, the order number you send back and what to do with them.

Can I get the money back to another card / account?

No, we can only return to the card used on the order.

What do I do if my order has been returned?

If you do not pick up your order, it will automatically be returned to our warehouse.

We have no control over when a package is sent back from the different pickup locations.

Please be aware of the following:

If you do not collect your order from the pickup point, a return fee of 50 DKK will always be applied when processing your returned package. You will receive an email once this has been completed.

Unfortunately, we are unable to resend the package after this process. If you would like to receive the same products again, please place a new order.

Defects

There is a fault in a set I bought. Do I have to send both parts of the set back?

Yes, you should. Then we will exchange the whole set and send a new to you.

I have received an item with faults on what should I do?

You must send us an email with your order number, pictures of the fault and describe what the fault is. Then we look at it and send a free return label if the fault is ours. Remember you have 7 days to advertise us.

I got a wrong item, what should I do?

You must send us an email with your order number, pictures of the item delivered incorrectly. Then we look at it and send a free return label if the fault is ours.

Various

May I try the bikini I bought?

Yes you may. However, you need to wear a pair of panties inside when you try on the panties. If we receive a dirty bikini return, we can not exchange / take it back. The bikini will be sent back to you and you will pay for the shipping.

Do you have a shop where I can come and try and see the clothes?

No, we are exclusively a webshop. 

I do not receive a reply to my sms?

Unfortunately, we do not reply to text messages. Send us an email.

You do not answer your phone?

Send us an e-mail at info@designbysi.dk.

I do not receive a reply to my email?

Send your email directly to info@designbysi.dk, as we do not receive the emails if you have replied your order confirmation.

Do I have to pay duty to Norway?

No we pay the duty.
