Terms and refund policy

Pricing
All prices on the website include VAT. Customs duties and import taxes are covered by Designbysi ApS.

Delivery
All non-domestic orders are shipped with UPS. Delivery time is 2–7 working days. Actual delivery may vary depending on your shipping address, seasonal demand, and unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Order Confirmation
When you have placed an order, you will receive an email confirmation shortly after placing the order.

Payment
You can pay with credit cards. In Sweden, Klarna is also available.

Payment will only be charged from your account when the physical item is shipped or the digital product is created, unless otherwise agreed or stated on your order.

When using a payment card, a reservation is made for the order amount. This reservation remains until the order has been processed and shipped, at which point the amount is withdrawn from your account. Please note that only your bank or card issuer can cancel a reservation.

Right of Withdrawal
Designbysi ApS offers a 14-day full refund on goods purchased on the website, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. The 14-day period starts on the day the order is delivered.

You are responsible for the condition of the returned item. The item must be returned in the same condition as delivered — tested in the same way as you would in a physical store. If the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature and function, it may be considered used and of decreased value, which may result in a partial or no refund. Designbysi ApS will evaluate the condition of the item upon return.

Warranty & Complaints
Products are covered by a 2-year warranty under the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers defects in material and fabrication.

Complaints regarding errors or defects must be reported to Designbysi ApS within a reasonable time after receiving the goods — we consider a maximum of one month as reasonable, unless otherwise agreed. Designbysi ApS covers reasonable return shipping costs for defective items.

The warranty does not apply if the item has been handled improperly or unusually.

To initiate a complaint or return, please contact us at info@designbysi.dk. Warranty complaints sent by cash-on-delivery will not be accepted.

Personal Data
Designbysi ApS stores personal information registered on our website when placing an order for 5 years in order to comply with legal provisions, after which the information is deleted. Other data provided will be deleted after 14 days. For full details on how we handle your personal data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
