IMPORTANT – Residents outside the EU cannot exchange items but may return them for a refund. You must purchase a return label yourself at a post office or parcel shop. The package must be sent directly to our address.

You can purchase a return label on our website by navigating to the footer and click the “Refund policy” link. Click on either the EU or Norway link to purchase the label.

To return or exchange an item, simply fill out this note and enclose it in the package. The parcel must be sent directly to us, not to a parcel shop. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs. 

Please note that the cancellation period is 14 days, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.
